Well I did 😛😛😛 I only went and Graduated!!!! It was quite a tough one as I was late starting and it was nearly 7am when I started off.

I started C25K while on holiday in Cornwall in early May and I’ve Graduated where I started. The programme WORKS.

At 61 if I can do it anybody can. What a buzz!!! Totally addicted to running now!
