Thank You for you confidence but a 5 min run for the bus 🚌 doesn’t quite make me feel ready for 2 mike run 🏃 just yet!!! But I’m at least hopeful 😃

The 'being able to run for a bus' was my first unofficial milestone. Even though I don't use buses - it's the tube, car or feet for me, but I always felt that if I could actually do the metaphorical then the 'actual' running would be easier. And so it came to be...., and it's fab that you can too.
