Last wk was wk 4 run1 .did that but that cut my toe open + havent been able to run since as cant get my trainer on. Its blistered + still not healed so my question is .when i restart do i go back to wk 1 or do i go back + do wk 3??? .. my toe is so so painful..

See how long it takes you to get fit to run without pain. If it’s less than a couple of weeks, try W4R2. If more, perhaps try W3R1.

I agree with jay66UK upto two weeks carry on where you left off. After that go back a bit. You don't get fit over night so you don't lose it over night either!
