Hello, Am on week 5, and I have started developing slight knee pain and stiffness. Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions please :)

I did, but there’s difference between slight stiffness and full blown pain (me). Try resting up for a few days, elevate your leg and put some ice on the knee, see how it goes. If slight pain persists there may be something else going on so you should go and have it checked out by a physio.

Your shoes proper? Have they been picked by the same guys who did your gait analysis? You had your gait checked, no?

My knee issue came from the fact that l didn’t do any of the above..

Thanks for replying mrrun . That's new information to me :D I just bought a pair of good looking reebok running shoes. I did not do gait analysis - tbh, I dint even know such a thing existed . I will do it over the weekend, Thank you.

New shoes and new knee pain sounds like there *could* be a cause and effect.
