Hey, I am now on week 5 of the plan and am totally addicted. I went away for 9 days to Ibiza but I still got up every other morning to do my couch to 5k as I didn’t want to undo all of my hard work.
I have never ran before and now I’m running for 3 x 5 minutes super proud of myself but but concerned as the final run of week 5 is for 20minutes and I’m not sure if I’m ready. Any advice greatly received 😊
