That was me today 😂. Phone said 14C but was much warmer and the sun was blazing at 7:30 am. Was wearing capris and long socks so was waaay too hot. I’m trail running, nobody but my 2 gal pals around. I warned them and whipped off said shirt to reveal my lovely sports bra. Unfortunately we continued to take pictures on our run including one for proof of our virtual run (Canada D’eh 5k) and came across other runners. Oh well. If you got it, flaunt it. If you don’t, who cares, flaunt it anyways 😂

In my experience the sports bra would maintain your modesty better than any bikini or most swimsuits!

I’ve had my bottoms inside out (this morning) and tops inside and backwards a few times - always noticed before I left the house though - it’s a sign of focus I think 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️ - all the focus on the run, none on the getting dressed bit (my excuse! 😳)
