Loved today’s run

After a weeks break we went out this morning and completed W6 D2. Absolutely loved it and for the first time really enjoyed the running. Not sure about the next 25 minute run but we can do it!!!

We then went for a walk and have found a pretty shady route to try - a bit uphill at the end but we can’t just run on roads.

We are determined to graduate before my daughters flies to France for 3 weeks to Asher dad 3 weeks today 😢

Good for you!! What's interesting is that a few people who need to take a few days "off the programme" find that when they get their trainers on everything suddenly feels good.

Glad you had a good time xx
