Did the last run of week 7 this morning in sunny but not overly hot weather. Michael suggested I change my route, so I'm starting under this waterfall and running north along the valley.
25 minutes didn’t seem as long as it did on runs 1 and 2, which surprised me because I did a big hike in the mountains yesterday and I was a bit worried I might have overdone things. Any exercise is good exercise, it seems.
Looking forward to week 8, can’t believe I've made it this far, and I certainly wouldn’t have reached this point without all the inspirational stuff that you lot write on here 👍

Well done to you. Great picture. I did wk7 r3 at 6am this morning and as usual the first 5 mins were a struggle. Feeling confident about the extra minutes on Sunday though. Just wish I could up the distance. Happy running in that beautiful scenery ☺️
Yes the first 5 minutes are a bit of a struggle for me too. I don’t have anything that will measure my distance, so I just count the bus stops along the road 😂
Omg that waterfall looks beautiful! And very inviting in this heat haha. Well Done completing your run. 👏👍 The first 5/10 minutes are always the worst arnt they.
Oh my.. that looks amazing.... very well done you! Just relax and enjoy these lovely longer runs... the legs are finding their happy pace... and with that scenery...no wonder
