Only just started but can’t believe how much more “breath” I have when walking up hills. Would never have believed that the slow jog that currently passes as my run would make that much of a difference but it’s keeping me motivated 😄

I completed week 2 on Sunday but went for a walk with the family and dogs on Saturday on a route that used to kill me - heart thumping, legs burning, watery sensation at the back of the throat). I was quite happy ploughing on up the big hill and telling my partner how much she would benefit from trying C25K as she huffed and puffed beside me - the death stares she gave me were enough to make me wither!
I, like you, can feel a difference and it is such a positive change. Those moments when you realise that you’ve made such an impact on your fitness by pushing on through are enough to keep you going.
