Having neglected the Cto5k programme for a couple of days due to the glorious weather we’ve been having in the UK, I forced myself to the gym this morning to complete Week 5 once and for all.
Walked slightly longer than the required 5 minutes but definitely ran the full 20 minutes and feeling very, very proud (who would’ve thought?!).
Happy to say that I am very much looking forward to Week 6 - bring it on!
