Been gardening all day and my run will be on the treadmill later. Wednesday is our gym night so easier for me to do it there, especially in this heat! Give me a nice air conditioned gym 😊 This will be W8R2. I’m still not losing weight though - what’s that all about? 🙈

Not a weight-loss programme.. some lose, some gain ... some not !
But, linked with a healthy eating regime... you will feel fitter and stronger

I follow SlimmingWorld. I’m stuck at the moment at the same weight. Maintaining rather than losing and after losing 2 stone I’ve put half a stone back on. Bread is my downfall. Everything else I can factor in to the regime. Thought running might help shift stubborn midriff as well as get me fit 😐

I've combined my running programme with the 5:2 plan . Not everybody's cup of tea but working for me.

Oh and I completed my 28 minutes non stop on the running machine. What a sweat on!
