Hi Jay, yes I’ll be out early in the morning too. I’ve scouted our my route round the local park on holiday in Leicestershire, then I’m aiming to get back to the B&B for a hearty breakfast 🍳🥓 😋

I’ll be up and at ‘em around 6am tomorrow, I think. I’ll just go where the mood takes me for however long....I’m definitely slower in this weather but I’m just loving my early morning runs.... followed by breakfast outside in the garden. Bliss!! And such a great feeling to set you up for the day! Can’t believe this weather. ☀️ 😎

Me too Jay! I’ve been out and walked my route for W7R1 tomorrow morning! I’m close to the cliffs, so I’m not able to run by the sea from where I am. I do have a long quiet road nearby with some amazing views! It took about 25 minutes to walk to the end of the road, so I’ll have to decide a turn around point during my run. From petrified to run outside to planning a road route abroad 😱! What has happened to us? 😁 Have a great run! ❤️

You might not want it so much in the winter months! The Island is always beautiful, but getting on and off the Island is pretty chaotic in winter! I do consider myself very lucky to be coming here though. 😁❤️

Just so you know... I used to and am planning to run in anything up to -10 Celsius this winter. So no wimping out, I can do it and I'm a girl!
