Just completed my first week 8 run. Everything went fine breathing and pace 8.04. You know something I LOVE RUNNING. Almost at graduation. If you had said to me this time last year you will run for 28 minutes, I would have said your bloody bonkers. But I’ve just ran for 28 minutes. The sense of achievement is overwhelming. I feel so proud of my progress. I better stop or I’ll start crying

I felt exactly the same way at W8. I found W7 the hardest but really enjoyed W8. Its amazing how so many of us end up doing this - so a great programme. Happy running 🙂

I have this to do today, most likely late this evening given the heat. Week 7 I struggled until run 3 which I kind of enjoyed. Fingers crossed for week 8! 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♂️
