Bit late but aye hooooo..

Bit late saying anything but here goes. I'm doing w7 d3 in the morning. I should of come on here a while ago but as a lorry driver after a day/weeks work all I want to do is sleep. I'd like to say it's been not to bad up to now but 25min runs are getting a bit much. I did d2 yesterday and had to walk when I got to 20 mins. I'll let you know how I did tomorrow with my morning run,hope it's better than yesterday..

Hi Gazloc, 20 mins is still a good run so hope that isn't demotivating. I have written about it before but just want to share that all of W7 was so hard for me, don't know why but with all 3 runs thought that was it for me. I did slog through them and W8 &9 were completely different and although none were easy, compared to W7 they were. Please don't give up once you get through this week then it is only additional 5 min increments and you are there. Keep t it, you got this!!
