There are often posts on here by runners saying how tough they found it on a particular day. I wanted to use this to illustrate how there are bad days, but if you give up, you miss the good days.
As a specific example, this week I found W7R1 really tough. I struggled to stay motivated, but I pushed through and completed it. When I went for R2 last night, I was so not looking forward to it (identical run to R1). But, you know what? It was so good, I tacked an extra 5 minutes on and felt I could have gone longer.
Live for the good days and don't let the bad days put you off!
