W4 R2 disappointed in myself ๐Ÿ˜

Disappointed in myself gave up half an thru my second 3 minute run my legs just could carry on my calves were in agony when walking back home I tried to push myself to run short distances for couple of minutes though really disappointed tho as first run I havenโ€™t been able to complete.

I understand your disappointment, I had to redo one of my runs and I was so disappointed. But some days you just get bad run days, whether it's different temperature, tiredness. It can be down to almost anything really. You just have to listen to your body telling you to rest, and put it behind you, and try again until you get it. Keep going :), keep trying. I know it feels frustrating on the day but you will get there :)

Donโ€™t be disappointed, be frustrated, or even annoyed, only be disappointed if you never tried in the first place, before everyone else says so, just go slower, this programme is all about time not speed, have arrest and then go again, keep on running!

So sorry that happened to you. Donโ€™t feel down though. Youโ€™ve done that run once so you can definitely do it again. Like others have said it could be any number of things that meant you couldnโ€™t complete the run. Try to be positive though. What you did in this run will still count towards your progress. My advice would be to take 2 days off. I always feel much better with an extra day. Good luck! You can do it! ๐Ÿ˜€

As the other said. Don't sweat it. Everyone has their off days. Just put it behind you, forget about it, have a good rest day and look forward to your next run positively ๐Ÿ™‚

This exact thing happened to me, I was so upset. So many people told me to slow down, so I did and completely the run again for a 4th time and smashed it! Today I did the 2 x minute runs and it was only last week I struggled with the 3 and 5!! You can do it. Put it aside, have a couple of days rest and go again! You will do it! Slow slow slow xx
