Hi, I’m currently on week 3 day 2 of c25k. I have been accepted to run the 2019 London Marathon running for Wellchild. I endeavour to be spending a lot of money on Ibuprofen Gel and have already invested in a knee support but I won’t quit!!!!!! 💪🏻

You'll get there, it definitely won't be easy, but stick with it, take it easy to start with and you will do it. The info in the link below will stand you in good stead.

That's a great goal to aim for. Don't feel as if you have to run the whole 26.2 miles. There are plenty of good and respected Walk/Run approaches out there. For the time being just concentrate on getting through this programme. It will keep you challenged enough for the next few weeks.

Keep posting though. You'll get amazing support and feedback on here. And find some buddies on here at the same stage as you. Nothing beats having some chums to share the pleasure and pain with :-)

I’m positive that some of it will be walked at one point or another. I’m doing it with a friend of mine so we can help each around and keep motivated.

I will keep posting once I complete each week for sure. I have the lovely voice of Michael Johnson spurring me on each time I go out which is great lol

You've got the drive and the time to train well. You can do this. 👏

Just keep following the programme and it will give you the foundation you need to build from 👍😁

Thanks GoGo_JoJo I am very determined, I have even turned down a dinner out with friends as it clashed with my training evening!!!! Haha
