Well normally run on an evening, so running this morning was new for me. I had a coffee and a banana and off I went earphones in and two minutes thirty seconds later the unexpected happened, they ran out of charge, So shoved them in my pocket and carried on with my warm up with phone on loud speaker so I could just about hear my tunes as I was on my way. Usual route through the cemetery (paying my usual respects as I pass to members that have crossed my path in life). Then onto the park, lovely morning, really enjoyed my run this morning, thought I would feel like I was almost running on empty, think that’s a psychological thought playing in my head, I’m such a breakfast person lol. Anyway saw another fellow jogging on her merry little way. Oh no she’s running the same way as me, do I run the same speed as her I hear in my head, anyway I carry on my slow pace turn the corner and what did I see my fellow jogger walking, so overtake and carry on slowly but surely I did. So finished my run, not quite sure but think I’m getting a little faster, not that it matters, I finished, showered and have the day ahead in front of me - happy Saturday everybody and W7R3 see you Wednesday
