I completed C25K about 2 years ago and then ran for a year. However, I stopped running, now I'm back to square one. Just went out and did Week 1, run 1 - felt reasonable but I've lost a lot of fitness and confidence - well done everyone for making a healthy choice

Both the fitness and the confidence will soon come back. You know you’ve done it before so you can do it again. Good luck!

Welcome back! Enjoy your journey. I am redoing C25K too, after a 4 month break due to illness. Getting going again is great! 😄
