I only started last Saturday and struggled. I did run 3 last night and managed 6 of the 8 runs well in my case more like a shuffle but I am amazed how much I have come in in less than a week. Reading comments on here has been so helpful and inspiring. Iam going to repeat week one until I can do all 8 runs as I dont want to fell dishartened if I struggle with week 2. I did do a 20 min HIIT as well this week off Youtube so have gone from nothing to 4 lots of exercise in a week. Feel quite proud of myself.
