To start with i was like that too!! Now (wk 6) i tend to feel hungrier the next day ... but nothing like the starvation (😜) in the very first couple of weeks!!
Hi, congratulations.....are you following a similar thing to c25k training towards you 10k.......I’m managing 6 at the moment but worried about pushing to quickly!

I used the NHS c25k app with Michael Johnson💪 I also wonder whether the jump to 10K is too soon. But would like to keep going and see how far I get and how long it takes
I have tried train before in a free spirited way but this structure suits me and gets me out of bed

Yes. But it might be thirst fooling you! Drink plenty when you feel hungry at you might be surprised.
I have some spare de-worming pills for the cats if you think maybe that might help too
