Dear Experts, we are about to board 24h boaty thing bound for NSpain, but it’s runday. I plan to repeat w6r1 on board, but it may be in cabin, running on spot. If I do that, how do I do the 3x 3min walks? Many thanks. El Ploddo

If you want to do it on the spot, it is possible. You can still do the walk sections on the spot too. I did quite a lot on the spot when healing with the broken toe. It's different on your muscles to propelling yourself forward but if you really put the effort in it's a very similar workout. Give it a go👍

Good one 😆😆 I am thinking of flying .. but on serious note it’s possible. If you can do it on treadmill and then you can do it on spot.

Does the boat has gym .. if yes then treadmill is your answer 😊😊
