Thank you to all those who posted advice and messages yesterday when I was worrying about the first run. It may only be 6/7 minutes of actual running but that's a huge deal for me.
I think I took it slower than I would have liked to but as others have said I can build up the pace once I've cracked the 9 weeks. I am so so proud of myself for completing this first run without stopping!

Ah that’s fabulous, well done you! Believe in yourself, and the programme, and you’ll see progress. I can’t believe I graduated last week, I was counting down the seconds to the next walk in the early weeks. There’ll be tough runs and great runs, but keep going and keep posting when you need us!! Good luck!
