Advice please!

Hello everyone. I have just finished W3R3 but had a two week break due to holidays. I am unsure if I will manage W4R1 as it seems big jump to do 2x 5 mins and 2 x 3 min runs, when I can just about manage 3 mins! Should I just repeat W3R3 or go ahead and try W4?? Am grateful for all your advice if you ever felt like this! Thank you x

Just try week 4, what’ve you got to lose?

If it turns out you can’t do it all then that’s when you decide whether you should repeat week 3, or just do one run from week 3 or whatever.

Chances are you’ll be absolutely fine doing week four though ;) go for it!

You lose very little condition in two weeks.

Carry on, slowly.

I was in a similar situation a couple of times and each time I just went with my next scheduled run and was amazed that I managed them. Go for week 4 x
