Wk8r1, that was harddddddd. Does it get easier at any point? Hoped it would be by now, but it really doesn’t feel it. Let my mind take over again and paused a couple of times. Still got to the end and pace improving slowly but surely.

I found W7 the hardest. Slowed down for W8 which helped. I have to push myself to keep going but am so delighted once I’ve finished. Keep on running 🏃🏻♀️

I also found week 7 harder as I was still learning how to approach theseclonger runs. I don't think I truly worked out the slow down bit until the start of week 8. It was from that moment it all fell into place. Strangely by slowing the distance didn't suffer too much either. Sure yours will get better.

W8R2 is where it got me Clairee. Got through R1 (just). Two days later and about 1.5k in, the legs just gave up. So went home, took an extra couple of rest days and went again. Still tough, but got it done.
