I completed week 3 and was about to start week 4, when we had a family emergency. I have had a week off running but ready to start again today, do you think I should start week 4 as planned last week or do you think it would be best to repeat week 3?

I think do a couple of week three first. Even just one. Just in case it's tough to get back into. You don't want to leave yourself feeling flat if it's tough. Hope all is ok. Xxxx
