If you have done the first two weeks and you’re not injured or ill then you’re ready. That’s how the programme works. You’re still only doing 9 mins as in week 2 just with fewer breaks.

That’s how I felt when I started W3 on Tuesday but I completed it tonight and start W4 this Tuesday 😀 I was really drained this week as well so really chuffed I got through it.

Keep going you will be surprised what you can do.

Thank you I will try my best it’s going to be hard though can’t believe how unfit I am, well hopefully not for much longer 😁

You can do it I ve just finished week 6 and I have mixed feelings each time but then I think what’s the worst that can happen you just try again . You ve so got this 👍

I found it wasn't as bad as I thought, and wasn't as hard as week 1. Once you've run 3 mins 90 seconds seems like a doddle, and that's encouraging. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
