28 minutes run, 2.2 miles covered. And it's humid today so I'm taking that as a big win!
I didn't realise I'd started my music without the app running, prompting you until I was about five or six minutes in, so this was the first time I've run without having the verbal cues. I figured at that point it was easier to keep going than stop, fiddle with some buttons and work out the problem. I'm not the most technically minded!
Anyway, strava was recording the time and the run, and I made it! Didn't think I was going to get there at about halfway through, though I've managed to map up a much flatter route this time.
I never noticed how hilly where I live actually IS until I started running it.
Very happy bunny!

Well done - 28 mins is a long time to run 👏Hills can be troublesome but I quite like the extra effort required. Read on a post here a while ago that if you’re struggling to run up a hill, turn around and run down. I did that this morning - kept me running 🏃🏻♀️.
