I struggled somewhat with last week’s runs and as feeling tired, so took three days off before starting this week. Today, as usual, I was doubting myself, but went out. I won’t say it was easy, but I tried really hard to maintain an easy pace, kept going ( helped by the inspirational Jo) and did it!
What a boost, really helped my confidence and reinforced my belief in the C25K programme. Beginning to believe I can do this!
