Wow thank goodness week 6 done now just going to melt stopped briefly for about 10 seconds but did extra at the end so swings and roundabouts 👍 Off for breakfast and a lay by the pool 🤪

My legs started to feel very heavy near the the end of the 2nd 10 minutes, the heat didn't help....
