So still in Gran Canaria doing week 6 run 3 tomorrow 7.30 am after the very hot weds evening run 1 , found run 2 not so bad that early in the morning Mixed feelings about tomorrow but then I keep reminding myself I did week 5 last Sunday for 20 mins so hopefully 5 more mins shouldn’t be too bad ?!?
I m finding running on a paved surface a bit harder used to running on grass at home but only one run to do then back to normal .
Glad I bought my kit with me very unheard of but was lovely knowing Friday that we had already done our run in the morning instead of waiting for the evening.
Anyhoo i m sure it l be all good 😱
