Finally completed W5R3, after two narrow failed attempts the week before, I decided to go back to the start of W5 and start it again. It was definitely a mental hurdle rather than a physical one. On to W6 now, slightly behind schedule but still moving forward.

Well done for being so determined! Keep going, you will get there. Don’t worry about schedule, it took me nearly five months! 😂

The only time pressure comes from you. Lots of us needed to take a week or more off or repeat runs.
Well done for coming back to the run so determinedly and for getting it right this time. You are spot on - it’s a mental challenge, not a physical one.
Week 6 is harder than it seems. Take each run steadily or it bites. You are ready for it (especially having re-run W5) but you can’t do it at your full speed. Enjoy!
Thank’s for the heads up. It is easy to get carried away and go out to fast on the shorter runs so thank’s for the warning and positive words, much appreciated.

Well done! That's one of the hardest ones mentally done. You know now that you can do long runs 🙂
