Just finished this run - feels great!! Physically it didn't feel difficult. Any difficulties are in your head 
Feels really good to be back as I had to take time out with an achilles problem. New trainers seem to have solved that. You can do it!

Well done! Absolutely - I’m taking it one run at a time and seeing what happens - worrying about something that might never happen is a waste of energy and effort

I felt great. Nike+ lets you know when there are 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 minute left so that really helped.
