I was looking up local running clubs last night which is strange enough but THEN I found out there is a local marathon in october in my sleepy little town. And for a moment...just a moment...I actually had the thought "I wonder if I could run that far by then...it's only 4x5k?" I think madness may have set in 😱

Funny you should say that ..... attending grandson’s Sports Day in a couple of weeks and wondering whether to take part in Parents’ race.... Will I be wearing correct footwear?? Will I strain muscles in 100 m sprint without sufficient warm-up??
