W3 R1 tick πŸ˜€ but slight niggle

Well got through it, and nice surprise was that 90 seconds did not seem forever anymore....

However had slight pain left leg below calf about 2 or 3 inches above ankle. Any thoughts- is it just rest (next one due Tuesday) or should give little longer

I am afraid only you can decide that, did the niggle start whilst running or come on afterwards, I guess that these days I run through very minor twinges etc. that when I was first starting out I would have taken more notice of / used as an excuse to stop. At the end of the day, you know your body best, if delaying your next run by a day or two restores your confidence then do that, alternatively keep to your plan and if the niggle stays or gets worse, stop, it doesn't matter how long it takes to complete the C25K, the important thing is finishing at some point.
