W3R2 completed and on my own. My daughter refused to run with me because I won’t allow her to do this crazy diet challenge she saw on FB. My shins hurt a little but only for the first part of the run.
So I’ve been suffering all week (monthly’s) I’ve been so tired I’ve fallen asleep for a few hours every day when I’ve gotten in from work. I did a run Tuesday and put my second run off until today hoping I’d have a bit more energy and feel better. I don’t feel any better but thought I could push through.
So all went well but very slow until I was on my cool down walk. This is when my body kindly decided it needed the loo 😫😩 I’ve read people saying they need a poop 💩 half way through their runs and always thought I hope that doesn’t happen to me.
I will not be running when I’m ill again. Seriously must have looked like a crazy person trying to get home to the loo in time ☺️😅🤣

Hope you feel better soon - perhaps you could try running in the morning next time as you may have more energy? I know it's a real slog getting up early enough but take it from me it's a great way to start the day and you walk around feeling really chuffed with yourself too.
