Delighted to say R2 of wk4 so much more achievable than R1 was. After R1 I thought I was going to die - today after R2 I was shattered but could actually have kept going (did I really say that??). Go me 😀😀

Well done, I felt exactly the same. I was actually really nervous going into the 1st run due to the 5 minute parts. Finished the 3rd run yesterday and felt great. Even put in a little sprint at the end, for that Rocky moment.
