Evening. Me and my sister are doing the C25k and are currently on week8 run 3 but my sister is in so much pain with her ankles she doesn’t think she can run anymore. Does anyone have any tips or advise to get her back on track. Thanks

Is she wearing proper running trainers??
Same happened to me after a few weeks you just gotta give it a week or 2 and get back on it. In the mean time she could always try cycling and swimming to keep her fitness up or a cross trainer is good.
