A hot crawl back

After giving myself a good talking to to get out the door I decided to repeat w6r2 today

(I completed w6 before my holidays but thought a 25 min run after a gap of nearly 3 weeks would be a step too far)

It was hard work, scorchio hot (not helped by having my own hot flushes) and I did walk for a few seconds in the 2nd run as I felt a little dizzy - but I did complete! May have not drunk enough today.

The first km was faster than last time, but the second 2km about 30 secs longer each.

I was passed by this long legged skinny young bloke who made it all look so easy and smooth as I shuffled along the way, but I was going faster than the dog walkers!

I finished looking like a tomato 🍅 but hopefully I will be back on track soon - onwards and upwards 🤞
