So W1R2 has now been completed after a couple extra days of delay due to sore legs but I did it I got through the pain today and did it I'm so pleased. Ready for run 3 now.

Anyone got any links or can recommend any before and after run exercises.

Hi , Yoga is really good before and after a run . Only need to each position for 30 seconds . Really helps me . Google yoga for runners .
