Re-started, and stuck on W7. Any tips?

I formerly qualified as a runner by my adored Laura about two years ago. I had started the program totally sceptical as I had always loathed running, but with perseverance and a great deal of stubbornness, I made it to the end and beyond. Big confession: I was actually starting to enjoy and look forward to my running days for the sense of (mostly mental) freedom they brought, when I badly injured my back in an unrelated activity.

Two years down the line, I have re-started C25K and now find myself somehow stuck on W7R3, from where I seem unable to progress. Whenever I try to do W8, I find I have to stop and start. This has been going on for about three weeks.

Anyone has found themselves stuck?

Any words of advice will be much appreciated!

You can do it. You know you can do it because you did before.

Slow right down. Right down. Make it a challenge to go slower than you believe you can go.

Make sure you are well rested and hydrated. And remember the heat and humidity recently has been awful.

Good luck with the next one.
