Well that’s R1 of W9 done. I decided to go a bit slower this time and varied the 2nd half of my route a bit. According to Run keeper my av pace was my fastest yet so not sure how that happened?
At last I felt I could carry on for longer if needed and my breathing was nice and relaxed. I can’t say my feet were ‘kissing ‘ the ground - more like ‘grazing’, guess there’s room for improvement in my final 2 runs.
