My legs felt it tonight. 30 mins … and I kept going 😋. I must drink more water 💧during the day and before my runs. I love that I’m learning every day about my running and how best to prepare myself. Good. Luck to everyone who is the final stages of C25K. Graduation is in sight now 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️

Well done. You’re so close now. Yes, every run is a learning experience, not only about the run but preparation and mental training too. Enjoy your last few runs and then graduation celebration is coming.

A healthy eating regime, and great hydration is essential to get the fuel in for these lovely long runs up to that podium,!Slow and steady, you are nearly there ! x
Good luck with the next 2 runs. I am also trying to work on drinking more water I know I don’t drink nearly enough I find it really hard to get 2.5 - 3 Ltr in a day. If tea counts then I’m well on my way.

I have found that hydration makes such a difference to how I feel during a run. Like Digdeep, I have always struggled to drink the recommended amount but since I read the article linked above I now drink 1.5 L of water on a rest day and 2 L on a run day. I figured once you add on teas & coffees, that's easily 2.5/3 L! I don't get that heavy leg feeling now and generally feel much better for it.
