Hi all - my couch to 5 week 3 run 4 today was abruptly ended after the second 90 second walk sequence (I done an extra one today as last run was Thursday before th jump to week 4) my legs do sometimes feel tight when running but this time it was unbearable just behind my left knee of my leg. Could this be under or over stretching? Incorrect striding or a pulled muscle somewhere ? What’s the best way to manage and how long should I wait ?

Oh no that's such a shame & so frustrating! I'm afraid I can't offer any advice - I just wanted to show some support! There are others on here who can though. Hope it gets better soon.
