Well done. Just take it slow and steady and as has already been said trust the plan. I always just think back t9 how much I've already achieved that i didn't think I could when I'm panicking about a new run. You be got this! πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ

lower legs felt really really heavy a few minutes after starting the actual running but as soon as I

evening having completed w5r1, canβt believe I was able to run for 3 five mins and feel so good!...
