Really enjoyed W5R1 this morning but feeling anxious about R2, 8mins sounds challenging, but I suppose that is the point of each run 🀣 will update you in a couple of days how I get on

Thanks for the support. I keep surprising myself when I completed each week, so I do have faith in the plan. I just need believe in myself and stop listening to that little voice in my head that puts the doubt there. Well done on getting to week 8 x

Well done. Just take it slow and steady and as has already been said trust the plan. I always just think back t9 how much I've already achieved that i didn't think I could when I'm panicking about a new run. You be got this! πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
