Yeah!!! you completed week 1, so it can only get better from here on in and only 8 ore weeks to go until you reach your goal. Keep persevering, it will be so worth it.

That will stop you from killing yourself.
Go slow! I had to learn that as well, but it does help!
As you continue with the program you will find your comfortable pace I feel like I naturally fell into a rhythm that works for me!

Ah week 1 almost killed me, it was sheer torture! Just done week 8 run 1 28 minutes, would never have believed this possible back in week 1 but you will get here too! Keep at it and trust the programme... It really does work ๐
