Hi, I'm hoping to complete this challenge by my 57th birthday at the end of August.
The last time I ran was at football training at school, yesterday I completed Week 1 Run 1.
I realised about 10 seconds into the first minute I was going too quickly so tried to take it as easy as possible. I've been doing a lot of walking with my dogs so I'm not completely unfit but it's my thighs that have been feeling it since yesterday (I did some stretching once I got home).
I've got a feeling tomorrow is going to be a bit harder.

I’m in the same place mate, but I never even ran at school. I’m just getting ready to go on W1 R2. My calves are still hurting from the first run on Friday.
The way I see it, just going out the front door for me was as big a challenge, as breaking into the first run.
