I know I took a sneaky look too. But we know how to do it. I have still got to complete week 3 run 3 today

No..it just follows on... slow and steady and you will be fine

I completed w3r3 last night and I know what you mean. I figure it’s the same idea though - a time you can manage (3 mins) followed by a new, longer run. 3 mins is totally manageable after finishing the week whereas I was panicking at the start of the week. We can do it!
I like the progression. 60 seconds was daunting at first then 90 then 3 minutes. Yet running it slow forgetting about distance and speed, we know that feeling when we crack it for the first time. I can't deny I'm apprehensive going into next week I have been every week so far. I'm glad when Sarah says slow down to walk but I like the whooping when I do it for the first time. I like the sense of achievement. It's physical as well as mental this running lark.
