Well done. Week 2 is awesome, I'm in week 3 just one more run to do. Just keep going slow and steady and the increased time will pass more quickly.

Brilliant! Week 1 was the hardest for me. Soon you’ll get into the habit of going out running - it gets easier and you'll look forward to the next run. I've just finished week 3 and really looking forward to the next instalment.
