Feeling a real buzz of achievement after completing Week 2. I've been doing 4 runs for each week as it's so long since serious exercise. So far so good!

I'm doing this to give myself a boost in terms of well-being and energy - it's so doing the job and I'm loving reading all the posts here - especially as they are keeping it real. It's so encouraging and helpful so thanks everyone.

I know it's going to be a challenge but Week 3 here I come!

Congratulations. Just be sure to have a clear day of no running between each running day. Enjoy the next one.

Thanks. I’m actually looking forward to my next run! I never thought I’d be saying that. I know it’s still very early days but I’m taking it slowly..
